    I have been calling for 8 days to the City of McAllen and AEP to report a power line on a tree in the back alley.....I have photographed and video taped the City of McAllen employees going through the alley with large equipment, trash pickup and brush pickup, each going right by the power line and brushing up against it with their equipment and the City of McAllen evidently doesn't care about their employees.....

    I have one complaint about the Public Works Department. They empty the trash and recycle bins regularly BUT if the bin falls over they don't bother setting them upright. COME ON PEOPLE...TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR JOB!!
